GHM Mentorship Submission

Join Galen Hooks' entirely virtual mentorship program, open to participants worldwide! 🌍✨

Galen will guide you in achieving a personal goal—whether it’s dance-related or not—over an extended period (3 weeks to 3 months). Submit your goals and share how you hope Galen can help. A very small handful of participants will be chosen based on where Galen believes she can make the most impact.

Examples of mentorship topics include:

  • Profession: “I want to transition to acting” or “I’m auditioning a ton but not booking anything.”

  • Life Goals: “I want to gain confidence in how I move through life” or “I want a glow-up—help me moodboard a new wardrobe, hair, makeup, etc.”

  • Business: “I want to improve my brand.”

The program will include Zoom meetings and check-ins, with the exact structure and schedule tailored to the participants. If this sparks your interest, submit your goals today and take the first step toward transformative growth!

Her eye for detail and storytelling uplifts every project she approaches.

An LA native who has been working in the entertainment industry since she was 7 years old, Galen is a chameleon who defies genre & can seamlessly shift between roles both in front of & behind the camera.

An industry darling, she is an MTV VMA-nominated choreographer with one of the most impressive dance & choreography careers of her generation.

Her iconic choreography, synonymous with risk-taking and authenticity as an artist, has become a viral sensation with Youtube videos garnering over 300 million views across social media.

As a filmmaker she is often wearing multiple hats–choreographing, performing, directing, songwriting and producing—as in the award-winning, “WAIT FOR ME” and her monumental 20-minute musical “THERE ONCE WAS A WOMAN”).
